Materials Science

The program KPLOT is used to draw and analyse crystal structures. The approach of the program to
drawing structures is similar that of the program ORTEP. Meanwhile most tasks available with ORTEP
have been integrated. Version 9 has the new feature that two structures can be handled simultaneously.
The pictures created with the program can be treated as simplified “ball and stick” models. The balls are
drawn in projection as circles while the sticks which are supposed to symbolize bonds or indicate coordinations
of atoms are represented as simple lines or double lines (tubes).

The Conference will feature three plenary lectures, 29 invited talks, and 65 oral and poster presentations as well as exhibitions of some new ceramic materials and devices. 7CSCS-2023 includes Ceramic Powders, Characterization and Processing, High-Temperature Phenomena, Sintering, Microstructure Design, and Mechanical Properties, Advanced Materials For Energy-Related Applications, Traditional Ceramics and Engineering Materials, Computing In Materials Science, Materials for Environmental Technology, Catalytic Materials, Materials for Sensing Devices, Ceramic Composites, Membranes And Multimaterials and Electro And Magnetic Ceramics.

The aim of the 1CSCS-2011 is to allow the scientists to exchange the most
recent results and technical advances in the development, characterization and
application of ceramic materials in order to foster basic knowledge on those
materials and to improve contacts for future scientific cooperation and networks.

We have received more about 100 abstracts submitted from 15 countries.

The 5th Conference of the Serbian Society for Ceramic Materials: 5CSCS-2019 aims
to review the knowledge, experience and share new ideas among the professionals,
industrialists and students from research areas of ceramic materials and by taking an
active part in discussions and technical sessions at the conference. The conference
provides exhibitor booths for the companies and the institutions to showcase their
services, products, innovations, innovative ideas and research work & results.

Program and Book of Abstracts of The 1st International Conference on Innovative Materials in Extreme Conditions (IMEC2022) publishes abstracts from the field of material science, physics, chemistry, earth, and computation science on the phenomena arising during the processing and/or exploitation of the innovative materials, which are presented at the international conference on innovative materials in extreme conditions.
